Anthony Hines - Chairman of the Board / Director
JA (Tony) Hines Victoria, British Columbia, a former Senior Executive of Microsoft Canada, is President of Cybertek Capital Management Inc. assisting clients in operations consulting, strategic planning and financial Management. He is the former Director of Canadian Operations for Microsoft Corporation in Seattle (1994-1997) and Director of Finance and administration for Microsoft Canada in Toronto (1992-1994) He also served in senior executive roles with a number of Canadian companies over a 25-year period including Associated Biscuits of Canada, George Weston Ltd., Pepsi Cola Canada and IBM Canada. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds the degree of Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.


Lance Morginn – CEO / Director
Lance Morginn holds a degree from the Vancouver Film School's multimedia program. He founded Planet City Graphics in 1996. Mr. Morginn initiated a portal production project that attracted a large pool of investment funds; the company received instant worldwide recognition and through his guidance, Planet City Graphics became a multi-million dollar corporation within 24 months.

Lance also initiated and managed the production of a leading North American Y2K software package capable of physically updating a computer's CPU.

In 1998 Planet City Graphics and Western Shores Interactive Inc merged and resulted in the joint venture company called MediaNet Solutions. As VP of New Media Productions for MediaNet, Mr. Morginn identified new business opportunities and provided strategic direction to help position the company for growth.

In the year 2000 Mr. Morginn was recruited to work closely with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation (“MOFTEC”) a division of the Chinese Central government. He was brought in to consult for the development of a secure network that will allow the dissemination of information to State owned businesses, and to businesses around the world.

In 2003-present, Mr. Morginn founded FiberFeed Networks Inc. an Internet Service company in Vancouver, Canada which provides services to the web hosting/web development industry. In January 2006, FiberFeed Networks entered into a Joint Venture with a U.S. publicly traded Corporation.


Anthony W.Y. Lee – Chief Strategic Officer / Director
Mr. Lee was born in Hong Kong and moved to North America at the age of 6, educated in Canada and opened his first business at the age of 20. Mr. Lee is a highly motivated team leader with over 24 years of entrepreneurial experience. He is one of the founders and partners of Global Trajectory, an investment banking firm specializing in taking young companies global.

Mr. Lee is a highly experienced leader with many years of entrepreneurial experience. A seasoned business executive with more than 20 years experience in strategic and financial planning. Mr. Lee has worked in many business sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail, medical devices, franchising and software development. He is well versed in corporate finance, public offerings, regulatory issues, governance, restructuring, marketing, and strategic planning. He is an International businessman with relations, contacts and business interests in North America, Asia, Mexico and Europe.

More recently, a pioneer in the Atmospheric Water Generation (“AWG”) Industry, Mr. Lee has been involved with AWG technology and industry since the late 1990s and responsible for creating and establishing the AWG as a true industry. His research, development and strategic planning has lead to the creation of two public companies in this AWG industry. His last engagement in 2005 was as CEO of a publicly traded AWG Manufacturing company in based in San Diego, California with it’s manufacturing facilities in Fuqing, Fujian Province in China.

Mr. Lee is also President of The China North American Economic Development Association, in Vancouver, Canada. The Association primarily focuses in assisting North American companies establish business relations in China simultaneously creating distribution channels and manufacturing sources. The strategy of this Association to use its’ Government relationships in China to foster bi-lateral commerce between companies in Canada the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Lee has a proven track record in management, negotiations, mergers, acquisitions, structuring strategic relations and international joint ventures and brings significant leadership and management skills to World Platforms’ team.
